What do I do if there's an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please fill out the ‘contact us’ form with your: name, order number, what the issue is, a description, and a photo if applicable. We will reply as soon as we can to resolve this.

From our payment options, you can choose from a variety of payment options including debit/credit card payments, paypal and others.

I'm having a problem placing my order, can you help?

Of course we can! Choose what items you’d like to order and click the ‘add to basket’ button. Once you’re happy with everything you’ve chosen, click the ‘basket’ icon at the top of the page and proceed to the checkout. Add all your details and payment method and you’re good to go! We’ll send a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your order. If you are still experiencing problems please get in touch via the Contact Us page and one of our friendly team members will respond to you.
