Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order, with a delivery time of 3-5 working days once dispatched.

Express Delivery

We currently do not offer an express delivery option, however we will be very soon.

Returns

If you change your mind about your item/it’s not what you’re looking for:

We understand there are occasions where items do not fit the individual need and may need returning. We will gladly accept this return as long as it is in the timeframe acceptable for returns.

Our returns policy requires that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to authorise the return. The item must be used and unopened and still in its original packing with any seals still intact.

We do not cover the cost of return postage therefore you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.

Please note that you must contact us before returning any goods so that we can authorise the return and send you specific instructions about returning the goods to us. Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page to let us know you’d like to return an item, and a team member will take it from there.

If there's an issue with your order

Our returns policy requires that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to authorise a return. After this time, we are not held accountable for any product damages or faults.

We will evaluate each enquiry on an individual basis to ensure the best way to resolve the issue. In certain cases additional information or photo evidence may be required to resolve the issue.
